This is not a first come, first serve. So please take your time. Be sure to read through our Terms of Service before applying.
To begin the order process, you must please fill out the form below completely . A reference sheet is a requirement unless your are ordering an artistic freedom. One form for each design. Please do not send in the same design multiple times. You will not get selected that way. Forms that are not properly filled out will be ignored. If your commission has been selected for this round of orders, you will receive a price quote and instructions on how to claim your slot in our queue. Please keep in mind that there is a high demand for our costumes and we only take so many projects at a time. Certain designs compliment our artistic abilities more than others. Please do not feel discouraged if your design is not chosen. We wish we could create all that comes through!
To reserve your commission slot once a price quote has been issued, a 30% non-refundable down payment must be placed immediately or within 48 hours of being quoted. If failed to comply within that time, your slot will be given to the next person. The remainder is paid off prior to completion. Nothing is started on until the costume is paid in full. We also offer flexible payment plan options, which allow you to pay in installments. More information can be found in our Terms of Service.
